We make amazing cupcakes. And cookies. And brownies. And blondies. And caramel sauce. And curds. You get the idea. Whatever we do, we strive to make it amazing, and we always make it fresh. And we’re modest. Soooo modest. :-) We bake from scratch, in small batches, using amazing ingredients. Old fashioned scratch baking with modern flavors—that’s who we are.

You can find us at local events (such as Goshen Market) and popups. We can also cater your event! We’ll keep you posted on our calendar page here. We need 72 hours advance notice for cupcakes, drop cookies, caramels, and curds, and 1 week for decorated cookies. The minimum order is 1 dozen cupcakes or cookies. Or 12 dozen. We never judge. Just head over to the Order page, let us know what sort of sweet treat you need, and we’ll get the party started!

Our yummy offerings contain only the freshest premium ingredients, and we source locally whenever possible. We use European butter, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, local, free range eggs from Elbrecht Family Farm, Callebaut chocolate and Valrhona cocoa, and natural flavorings. We make everything from scratch, including our curds, caramel sauce, and buttercream—which is ALWAYS made with, you know, BUTTER, never shortening. We feel strongly about this. :-) Simply put, you won’t find us using mixes. Some bakeries do use mixes, but we don’t, and never will.

Our recipes

Our cupcakes are fluffy and moist, sometimes filled, swirled, piped, and drizzled. Oh, and sprinkled. We love fancy sprinkles—perhaps a bit too much if that’s at all possible. (It’s not.) We love trying new recipes and techniques and there's little we won't do in search of cupcake Nirvana. That's why we make every addition to our cupcakes - meringues, curds, jams (or as we like to call them, “goo”), caramels, and more - from scratch. We feel very strongly that to produce a premium product, it’s imperative to use premium ingredients and make small batches. (Can you tell freshness and great ingredients are a big deal to us?)

Our cookies get the same love—great recipes, fantastic ingredients, and baking magic. We love taking classic recipes and adding our own twist. Like chocolate chip cookies? Then you have to try our brown butter double chocolate chip cookies with Maldon sea salt! They’re a signature item you won’t find anywhere else. How about cherry or lemon sugar cookies? Keep an eye out for new flavor combos—you never know what we’ll dream up next.
